The piece will be displayed at the Worcester Art Museum in a display case in their new arms and armor wing in November. Scans of three museum objects on display (a 16th century German suit of armor, a 3rd c BCE Greek female statue, and a 13th century Khorasanian bronze cat) were taken with a phone through glass. The scans of the objects were then 3D printed and molds were made. The final objects are made with plaster and encaustic and will be displayed on top of a 18 x 24″ linoleum pad with an oak frame, the knight smashed to pieces at the feet of the mourning woman and the cat sitting nearby.
